Senior Pastor: Philip Meade

Associate Pastor and Music Minister:
Dr. Julian L. (Jay) Padgett
Jay has served as the Associate Pastor of Music and Pastoral Care at Graefenburg Baptist Church since September 1, 1999. He is a graduate of Campbellsville College (Bachelor of Church Music), The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity in Church Music), and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership). He resides in Frankfort with his wife, Carrie. His two children, Meagan and Aaron, attend area colleges. In addition, Jay is a chaplain in the Kentucky Army National Guard. He served as a chaplain assistant for twelve years before receiving a direct commission in 1995. His current rank is major. He has deployed to Iraq twice in support of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2004 and 2009-2010) and received the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service for each tour.
Youth Minister: James Steelman
James has served as the Youth Pastor at Graefenburg Baptist Church since March 1, 2010. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College (Bachelor of Arts, History and Religion), and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry). He resides in Lawrenceburg with his wife, Amanda. In addition, James is a chaplain in the Kentucky Army National Guard. He received his commission in 2008. His current rank is first lieutenant. James has also served as a summer missionary through the North American Mission Board in 2004, 2006, and 2007.
